Boom Mobile APN (Access Point Name) settings are necessary for internet connection through 4G and 5G cellular networks. APN is the name of the gateway on the service provider’s network. The settings not only contain the APN but also more settings like the type of APN, protocol used and MMS configuration settings. They are necessary in order to get all the network services provided by Boom Mobile.
APNs are normally sent when a SIM i s first detected on the network without configuration settings. The settings on this article are for Android devices and iPhones.
APN Setting on Android Devices
To navigate to the APN page on Android by following the steps below;
- Settings
- Connections / Network & internet / Wireless & internet / More
- Mobile networks / SIMs then select your provider’s SIM, Boom Mobile for this case
- Access point name
- Add or tap the + icon on the top right section
Input the Boom Mobile settings below.

Save the setting and select Boom Mobile as your default APN.
