enTouch Wireless Access Point Name (APN) is a configuration on a mobile device that allows them to connect to cellular networks or the internet. The configuration provides the necessary information to establish connection through a 4G or 5G network.

How to access APN page on Android Devices

To access APN page on Samsung Galaxy devices, navigate to:

  1. Settings
  2. Connections
  3. Mobile Networks
  4. Access Point Names

For other Android Devices, navigate to:

  1. Settings
  2. Network & Internet
  3. SIMs 
  4. Select SIM – Select your SIM card indicated by your provider’s name.
  5. Access Point Names 

Here you  can check configured APN, delete or update your APN.

How to access APN page on iPhone

To access APN page on an iPhone, navigate to:

  1. Settings
  2. Cellular
  3. Cellular Data Network

You can then update your APn settings, change or delete completely. iPhones do not have save options so just tap back and you’re done.

  • Name: enTouch
  • APN: vzwinternet
  • MMSC: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
  • MMS Port: 80
  • MCC: 470
  • MNC: 02
  • APN type: default,mms,supl
  • APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
  • APN roaming protocol: IPv4/IPv6

Leave every other field blank.

Save then select enTouch as the active APN. You may need to restart your device.

  • APN: vzwinternet
  • Username:
  • Password:

Leave the username and password fields blank.

Tap back to save APN on your iPhone.

Still cant connect to enTouch Wireless mobile network or internet? 

There are a number of situations when once you have performed all the APN set up required, enTouch Wireless can still connect to the internet. Here are some potential fixes that could be done to alleviate the issue.

Check service expiry

enTouch Wireless requires recertification once service expires every year. Check to make sure that you are within the active period. 

Monthly allocation of data too affects internet connection. Check to make sure you are within the limits. 

Use the enTouch Wireless app for Android or iPhone to check service eligibility and renewal.

Re-enter APN settings

APN settings should be entered exactly as they appear. Check once more to make sure they are as they should. You can delete and start fresh. Copy and paste if possible.

Reset network settings

Resetting network settings removes all Wi-Fi networks previously connected, mobile networks and bluetooth devices. Proceed with caution.

To reset network on an iPhone, navigate to:

  1. Settings
  2. General
  3. Transfer or Reset iPhone
  4. Reset
  5. Reset Network Settings

Enter your passcode and reset all network settings.

To reset networks on an Android device, navigate to:

  1. Settings
  2. System
  3. Reset options
  4. Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

Grayed out APN settings page

Some phones have the APN page section grayed out. To get to configure enTouch wireless when this is the case, you can;

  1.  Reset network settings
  2. Reset to default
  3. Set airplane mode 
  4. Remove SIM then restart your device and re-insert SIM
  5. Use a third party app to set APN. Search Google play store for APN apps.
  6. Factory reset your device.
