Pix Wireless APN Settings

Pix Wireless Access Point Name (APN) is a setting that is required for devices with Pix Wireless SIM cards to connect to 4G or 5G cellular networks. These settings are required for services on the network to be provisioned. Once there’s an active SIM, network coverage and a data plan, your device should connect to the internet.

APN settings should ideally be set up automatically when you first connect to the internet but in some instances that is not the case. For reasons like this and more, I have provided the settings below for Android devices and iOS/iPhones.

APN Settings on Android

To access the APN on Android, navigate to;

  1. Setting
  2. Connections / Network & internet / Wireless & internet / More
  3. Mobile networks or SIMs then select your SIM, Pix Wireless for this case
  4. Access point name
  5. Add or + 

Input the Pix Wireless APN settings for Android below.

Pix Wireless APN Settings for Android Devices

Leave other fields blank or with the default values 

  • Name: Pix Wireless
  • APN: PRODATA
  • Proxy: 8080
  • MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
  • MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
  • MMS Port: 80
  • MCC: 310
  • MNC: 410
  • APN type: default,mms,supl
  • APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
  • APN roaming protocol: IPv4/IPv6

Save the setting then select  Pix Wireless as your active APN. You may need to restart your phone.

An alternative apn is ereseller if prodata does not work.

APN Settings on iOS/iPhone

Access the APN section on an iOS device by navigating to;

  1. Settings
  2. Cellular / Mobile Data / Mobile Service
  3. Cellular Data Network/ Mobile Data Network

Input the Pix Wireless APN settings below

Input the settings below under AP and LTE sections. Leave the Username and Password sections blank.

  • APN: PRODATA
  • Username:
  • Password:

Save the APN settings by tapping the back arrow at the top right.

An alternative apn is ereseller if prodata does not work.
