SafeLink Wireless APN Settings

SafeLink Wireless Access Point Name (APN) is a setting on mobile devices with SafeLink SIM that allows it to connect to mobile networks or the internet. The access point set on the device correctly identifies the access point to connect to on the network.

An APN is basically the name of the gateway that mobile devices use to connect to the internet. The APN setting provides the correct information for authentication and security while identifying the correct APN and hence services on the network.

How to set up APN on Android Devices

Settings up APN settings on Android devices is quite easy and straightforward, follow the steps below;

  1. Settings
  2. Network & Internet
  3. SIMs – Your carrier SIM name
  4. Select SIM – Select SIM name based on carrier
  5. Access Point Names
  6. Tap the + to ass new APN

If you are using a Samsung Galaxy phone, follow the steps below.

  3. Mobile Networks
  4. Access Point Names

Input the  Safelink Wireless APN below then restart your device.

All other fields are left blank.
