Tello Mobile APN (Access Point Name) is a setting on cellular devices with Tello Mobile SIM that allows these devices to access network services and the internet. A successful internet connection requires a data plan and users to be within network coverage. Tello Mobile uses the T-Mobile network to provide coverage so network connectivity should never be an issue.
APN is basically the name of the gateway on the network, but this comes with a host of many other settings that allows the device to fully access network services. Some of these other settings include MMS, the type of APN and the protocol in use. Set them up appropriately as shown below. If you do not have an Android device or an iPhone, input the setting in their appropriate location and the APN listed below should work without issue.
APN Settings on Android Phones
Access the APN setting section on Android by navigating to:
- Settings
- Connections / Network & internet / Wireless & internet / More
- Mobile networks / SIMs then select Tello Mobile
- Access point names
- Add / +

Save then select Tello Mobile as the active APN. Restart your Android device.

APN settings section on an iPhone can be located by navigating to:
- Settings
- Cellular / Mobile Data / Mobile Service
- Cellular Data Network / Mobile Data Network
