Hello Mobile APN Settings

Hello Mobile APN (Access Point Name) is a setting on cellular devices that use Hello Mobile wireless service to connect and acquire network services. Some of these network services could include VoIP, MMS and access to the internet. A successful internet connection requires users to have a data plan and be within network coverage. Hello Mobile uses the T-Mobile network infrastructure to provide coverage.

APN is essentially the name of the gateway, but APN settings do come with this one setting. It comes with a host of other settings like the name of the MMS, the type of APN and protocol in use. Settings below are for iPhone and Android devices but can be used on any other operating system.

APN Settings on Android Phones

Access the APN setting section on Android  by navigating to:

  1. Settings
  2. Connections / Network & internet / Wireless & internet / More
  3. Mobile networks / SIMs then select Hello Mobile
  4. Access point names
  5. Add  / +

Input the Hello Mobile APN settings below on your Android device.

Leave all other fields blank or with their default settings. 

  • Name: Hello Mobile
  • APN: wholesale
  • MMSC: http://wholesale.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc
  • MCC: 310
  • MNC: 240
  • APN type: default,mms,supl
  • APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
  • APN roaming protocol: IPv4/IPv6

Select Hello Mobile as the active APN the restart.If the APN provided above does not work, change it to hellomobile then restart your Android device.

APN Settings on iPhone / iOS

APN settings section on an iPhone can be located by navigating to:

  1. Settings
  2. Cellular / Mobile Data / Mobile Service
  3. Cellular Data Network / Mobile Data Network

Input the Hello Mobile APN settings below for iPhones.

Input the APN under the APN and LTE sections. Leave the Username and Password fields blank.

  • APN: wholesale
  • Username:
  • Password:

Tap the back to save the APN then turn off and on cellular data. If the APn provided above does not work, change it to hellomobile and turn off then on your mobile data.
