Xfinity Mobile APN Settings

Xfinity Mobile APN (Access Point Name) settings are required to connect to the network and network services. Some of these network services include email, VoLTE calls, web browsing and more. The most common use is web browsing as many people are reliant on it for communication, school, work and entertainment. To immediately browse the web, ensure that you have a data plan and set up the APN appropriately as shown below for iPhone and Android.

These APN settings are unique to Xfinity Mobile and are normally automatically applied when a device boots with Xfinity Mobile SIM in it. In some circumstances like when they’re deleted or not present, you will need to input the settings manually. The steps to do this are normally easy and straightforward. Just make sure that you have inputted them correctly. 

How to set up APN on Android Devices

To get to APN settings page on Android, follow the steps below;

1. Tp on the Settings icon
2. Navigate to Connections, Wireless & internet or Network & internet depending on your device.
3. Tap on Mobile Networks or SIMs and select the correct sim depending on your device.
4. Tap on the Access point name 
5. Tap on Add or the + icon on the top right to add APN.

Input the APN setting below.

Input the APN setting below. Leave the default figures or settings if they are not indicated below.

• Name: Xfinity Mobile
• APN: vzwinternet
• MMSC: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
• MCC: 311
• MNC: 480
• APN type: default,mms,supl
• APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
• APN roaming protocol: IPv4/IPv6

Leave all other fields blank then save and select

Select Xfinity Mobile as the active APN then restart your phone.

How to set up APN on iPhone

To set up APN on iPhone, navigate to;

1. Settings
2. Cellular 
3. Cellular Data Network

Input the APN settings below.
