TerraCom Wireless APN (Access Point Name) is a setting on mobile devices with TerraCom SIM or eSIM that connect to mobile networks via 4G or 5G in order to receive network services and be connected to the internet. This requires users to have a data plan or to be within network coverage. TerraCom Wireless uses the T-Mobile network infrastructure to provide its wireless services. Network coverage should not be an issue.
APN is the name of the gateway that mobile devices connect to on the network. The APN settings provided below are for Android and iOS/ iPhones. You can use them on any other device once you locate their APN settings section.
APN Settings on Android Phones
Access the APN setting section on Android by navigating to:
- Settings
- Connections / Network & internet / Wireless & internet / More
- Mobile networks / SIMs then select TerraCom Wireless
- Access point names
- Add / +

Save the settings then select TerraCom Wireless as the active APN. You may need to turn on Airplane mode or just restart your Android device.
APN Settings on iPhone / iOS
APN settings section on an iPhone can be located by navigating to:
- Settings
- Cellular / Mobile Data / Mobile Service
- Cellular Data Network / Mobile Data Network
