Tempo Wireless APN (Access Point Name) is a setting on cellular devices with Tempo SIM or eSIM that enable them to connect and receive network services via 4G and 5G cellular networks. One of the major services is the internet. A successful internet connection requires a data plan and users to be within network coverage. Tempo Wireless uses the T-Mobile network to provide network services so coverage should never be an issue.
APN is the name of the gateway that cellular devices connect to. The settings provided below are for Android devices and iPhones. You can use the settings for any other operating system.
APN Settings on Android Phones
Access the APN setting section on Android by navigating to:
- Settings
- Connections / Network & internet / Wireless & internet / More
- Mobile networks / SIMs then select Tempo Wireless
- Access point names
- Add / +
Input the Tempo Wireless APN settings below on your Android device.

Save the settings then select Tempo Wireless as your active APN then restart your Android device. If the APN above does not work immediately, change it to wholesale then restart your Android device.

APN settings section on an iPhone can be located by navigating to:

- Cellular / Mobile Data / Mobile Service
- Cellular Data Network / Mobile Data Network

Save the settings the turn off and on your cellular data.If the APN above does not work, change it to wholesale then turn off and on your cellular data.
