Ultra Mobile APN (access point name) settings are important for network service provisioning and access to the internet. APN has to be set so you can access the internet via a 4G or 5G cellular network. Besides setting up the APN, users need to have Ultra Mobile data plan and be within network coverage. Ultra Mobile uses the T-Mobile network to provide coverage. This should not be an issue since T-Mobile has one of the Widest coverage in the United States.
APN is basically the name of the gateway on the network provider’s network that cellular devices connect to. The settings however do not only contain the name of the gateway but also a host of other settings like the type of APN, protocol in use MMS settings and more.
The settings should essentially be automatically configured when a SIM is inserted but, in some situations, you need them manually set up. For this reason, I have provided the settings below for iPhone / iOS and Android devices.
