Access the APN setting section on Android by navigating to:
- Settings
- Connections / Network & internet / Wireless & internet / More
- Mobile networks / SIMs then select Optimum Mobile
- Access point names
- Add / +

Save then select Optimum as the APN. Restart your Android Device.
