Whoop Connect APN (Access Point Name) is a setting on cellular devices that allow them to connect to cellular networks over 4G and 5G networks. The settings allow them to acquire network services and connect it to the internet. An internet connection requires a data plan and users to be within network coverage. Whoop Connect uses the T-Mobile network to provide wireless services so coverage services should not be an issue.
APN is the name of the gateway on the network infrastructure and cellular devices connect to it in order to be connected to network services and the internet. This setting comes with a host of other settings like MMS, the type of APN and the protocols in use. Set them as they are below. I have provided the settings for Android devices and iPhones. The settings can however be used on any other operating system once you locate their APN settings sections, typically under settings then Network & internet.
APN Settings on Android Phones
Access the APN setting section on Android by navigating to:
- Settings
- Connections / Network & internet / Wireless & internet / More
- Mobile networks / SIMs then select Whoop Connect
- Access point names
- Add / +
