Infiniti Mobile APN (Access point Name) is a setting on mobile devices that allows these devices to connect to the network and the internet. AN internet connection requires users to have a data plan and users to be within network coverage. Infiniti Mobile uses the T-Mobile network to provide its wireless services so coverage should never be an issue.
APN is the name of the gateway on the network that mobile devices connect to. This setting is essential as it allows these devices to connect to the internet. It normally comes set automatically when Infiniti Mobile SIM is inserted for the first time or when detected as not available. You can alternatively manually configure them. I have provided the settings below for iPhones and Android devices. Use the same settings for any other device with another operating system.
APN Settings on Android Phones
Access the APN setting section on Android by navigating to:
- Settings
- Connections / Network & internet / Wireless & internet / More
- Mobile networks / SIMs then select Infiniti Mobile
- Access point names
- Add / +

Save the settings then select Infiniti Mobile as your active APN. Restart your Android device.
APN Settings on iPhone / iOS
APN settings section on an iPhone can be located by navigating to:
- Settings
- Cellular / Mobile Data / Mobile Service
- Cellular Data Network / Mobile Data Network

Save the settings then turn off then on your cellular data. You can do the same with airplane mode. If an internet connection issue persists, reset network settings.
